Chicago’s Word Camp is just around the corner, August 25th to the 26th at the Depaul Student Center. There will be a great diversity of speakers and presenters there, WordCamp is a great chance to interact and learn more about the WordPress CMS and the people behind it.
Word Camp Milwaukee was a huge success; we had great time learning and interacting with developers, designers, and SEO’s who attended. I learned more in two days at Word Camp Milwaukee than I could have hoped, and had an excellent opportunity to connect and network with my peers.
I will be presenting at 9:00 am Sunday, August 26th. My presentation is titled: “User Tools and Practices for Efficiency” more info about my presentation as well as WordCamp schedules and tickets can be found at the Official Word Camp Chicago Page (http://2012.chicago.wordcamp.org/).
The Focus of my presentation is to share what I have learned amongst the years using WordPress as a CMS. This will touch on practices, tools, plugins, and apps I use to organizing work flow that I wish I knew when first starting out.
I look forward to seeing you at WordCamp Chicago this year! I put together the following list that covers the essentials of what to bring, where to go, and how to get tickets.
